Customer User Group Forums
With a global user base spanning hundreds of key mining companies across 54 countries around the world, Immersive Technologies' customers share a wealth of best practice knowledge on all aspects of mining training and the utilization of Advanced Equipment Simulators to achieve targeted results.
Since 2004, Immersive Technologies has held multiple regional based User Group Forums to support and facilitate the sharing of this expert information through customer driven interactive conference sessions, product training and hands-on demonstrations.
The events also provide an excellent opportunity to network in a relaxed atmosphere with other mining professionals from around the world and deliver direct enhancement feedback to all levels of Immersive Technologies staff.
The User’s Group allowed us to develop networking relationships with other users, try out new hardware, tackle software issues and bring concerns to the table for discussion.
Would recommend that department and training managers should attend in partnership with their training teams to recognize full simulator functions, capabilities and asset value.
It is reassuring to hear that other locations no matter what we are mining face similar obstacles and how they overcame them.
The ability to listen and discuss issues and “wins” with other companies is useful and powerful. I would strongly recommend the forum to other current and future Immersive customers.
