User Group Forum registration includes breakfast, lunches, and conference dinner all inclusive for Thursday and Friday evening. Number of participants is limited, register early to secure your place. Flight costs are not included and remain the responsibility of the delegate. Accommodation and meals will only be booked once flight e‑tickets or travel confirmation have been received and Immersive Technologies will cover a maximum of two (2) nights’ accommodation for the User Group Forum.
Delegates must adhere to the check‑in and check‑out times stated on their booking confirmations. Any additional nights beyond those covered by Immersive must be booked directly by the delegate with Sibongile.Moloi@tsogosun.com, following receipt of the booking confirmation from Olivia for the nights covered by Immersive. Any additional costs incurred will be for the delegate’s personal account and must be settled directly at check‑out.
