This course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage operator variance. Variance, the natural deviation from an expected outcome, is a universal phenomenon in operational settings. Gain understanding of its nature, identify root causes, and implement strategies for reduction. Real-world scenarios and examples will be used to illustrate concepts and facilitate understanding. Participants will apply their knowledge through hands-on activities, including conducting root cause analyses and developing plans for variance reduction. Participants will be equipped with the knowledge, tools, and strategies necessary to identify, analyze, and mitigate operator variance.
A practical course designed to empower mining industry leaders and managers with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully navigate and manage the digital transformation of their workforce. This course covers the essential aspects of change management, technology adoption, and workforce development, with a special focus on integrating Autonomous Haulage Systems (AHS). This course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully lead digital transformation initiatives in the mining industry, focusing on both technological adoption and effective change management.
