Our Technology company requires an experienced and well-connected Sales Professional to expand our market share in Asia. The ideal candidate must have extensive network in the mining industry within the Asian region, targeting relationships and using proven methods to develop our business strategy.


We require a successful Sales Professional to:

  • Identify new opportunities and align our solutions to meet customer needs and priorities.
  • Build and manage a substantial opportunity pipeline to ensure sales revenue targets are met.
  • Develop senior level relationships within mining organisations.

We offer a market related salary package consisting of generous base salary plus uncapped and hyper commissions (OTE $110k+ per annum).

Skills & Experience

You must have proven success in a Senior Sales role selling high value solutions.

Success in this role is built on those who know, understand and provide real value to their customers. This foundation for success can be demonstrated by applicants who:

  • Add value to a customer’s business through successful partnering and advocacy.
  • Educate customers with new insights on products and services to improve their business.
  • Build compelling, strategic and tactical business cases proving ROI and results.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and built trust at all levels.
  • Have the ability to quickly learn and understand the customer’s business as well as their own.
  • A self-assured and strong negotiator.
  • Have sound industry knowledge and an affinity to technology based solutions.

While not essential the following experience is highly regarded:

  • Experience selling solutions to mining companies.
  • Understanding operational issues and key business drivers relative to large scale mining.
  • Ability to understand organisational risk and align technical solutions in mitigation thereof.
  • Experience in high value multiple stakeholder engagements.

Travel within the region will be required to successfully engage with our customers.
