The Advanced Equipment Simulator has become a mission-critical capability for many companies around the globe. Immersive Technologies realizes how important it is for the simulator to maintain a very high level of availability and for our customers to have access to responsive and high quality support.
Immersive Technologies’ support departments are located in Perth, Western Australia and Salt Lake City, Utah. Technicians can be quickly mobilized to visit our customer’s sites where required.
Support coverage provides -
- support technicians – Qualified staff who know the product and who can visit your site;
- remote service support – 24-by-7 access to qualified technician via phone, fax or email;
- comprehensive spares coverage - all essential spares available when needed; and
- ongoing performance management. Use of a simulator asset-management plan to maximize your return on investment. This includes ;
- advice on defining and executing a simulator asset-management plan;
- establishing goals and objectives in Advanced Equipment Simulator usage;
- managing cultural impact of Advanced Equipment Simulator capability;
- establishing and managing infrastructure required to maximize Advanced Equipment Simulator investment;
- designing, executing and evaluating appropriate simulator-based operator assessment and training programs;
- maintaining the Advanced Equipment Simulator;
- managing performance including:
- performance targets and metrics definition;
- collecting and reporting site metrics over time to gauge Advanced Equipment Simulator's impact on health and safety, operations, and maintenance; and
- reporting metrics outlining operator skill improvement generated by AE Simulator;
- integrating new technological development such as software updates and new simulation products; and
