Reporting to the Vice President, Australia, Asia Pacific & Africa, we seek an outstanding and highly motivated individual to sell our products and associated services. Such a candidate will be able to create the need and sense of urgency in prospects, competently manage the entire complex sales cycle, negotiate win-win commercial outcomes and efficiently close deals to meet sales revenue quotas.
Such a candidate must have a strong track record in complex business to business technology sales, and must have consistently met or exceeded sales targets (>$3M quota) in recent years by closing new business and further penetrating existing accounts. You are disciplined and efficient at developing effective sales plans and executing flawlessly.
You will be able to develop and maintain relationships with all buying influences from supervisors to senior management and be skilled in the application of strategic and consultative selling. Role requires travel within Australia.
Tertiary qualification is required, ideally in a technical discipline, as is proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of simulation is not required.
Remuneration package comprising a base salary, uncapped and hyper commissions, and super will be structured to attract and secure the highest calibre candidates.
