Immersive Operator Training is a registered training organization who provides heavy equipment operator training services to corporate and public customers using real machines, the worlds most advanced training simulators on an operational site. Immersive operator training is a division of the rapidly growing Immersive Corporation who manufacture original equipment manufacturer endorsed advanced training simulators.
As part of our strategic growth initiatives we are expanding our operator training services business presence within the South Australian region and are seeking to appoint a skilled, motivated professional to assist with driving and managing our expansion project from inception. With the future focus being on driving continuous business improvement and revenue growth strategies whilst managing a dynamic team of trainers, consultants and administration staff.
Reporting directly to the executive divisional manager in Perth, and supported by a professional corporate services team, this is a dynamic autonomous 'hands on' role that will motivate and excite an innovative, self-motivated individual who wants an opportunity to demonstrate and implement their excellent business management, market development, reporting, compliance, and service quality assurance strategies within the vocational education and training sectors of the exciting resources and construction industries.
